BREATHTAKING, Sheila!....this takes me back to my days in Ithaca when three does would bring their fawns to my backyard for my “ babysitting”. I spent some time on the back deck while convalescing from surgery and they knew by my soft voice telling them how beautiful their babies were that I would watch over them. And, I did! They would return at days end and tail wave Their thanks. This painting couldn’t be more accurate or beautiful!..LF
